Cats- Awesome creatures .. My first pet was a cat. Well , I actually wanted a dog but dad thought that it was better to have a cat because at least cats don't come too much in contact with kids as dogs do. But boy, he was so mistaken. Our cat, Julie, was like a sibling to me and my brothers. We would literally eat , watch TV and even sleep with it. But to our greatest disappointment it never produced tiny kittens. And after much deliberation and consultation with people who were taller and weighed more than us , we came to know of the ghastly fact that our cat was a tom and not a molly (i.e male and not female). But we suppressed our emotions and love Julie as ever.
On a summer vacation of around 45 days we had to leave our Julie with neighbors when we went to visit our kith and kin far far away. And when we returned we found that Julie had conveniently forgotten us and gone wild. God.. that was one of the worst tragedies that has struck us . With Julie gone there was a void in our hearts and in our cupboard which was Julie's personal room .
But then we have had lots of other pets cats , dogs , hen , but Julie is always special.
